My Philosophy can best be described by a quote from Richard Stearns:
What has God given you? He gave Moses a stick, David had a sling shot, and Paul had a pen. Mother Theresa possessed a love for the poor and Billy Graham had a gift for preaching. What did they have in common? A willingness to let God use whatever they had even when it did not seem very useful. If you will assess what you have to offer in terms of your time or your unique talents, you will better understand how you might uniquely serve. The first time I saw the after effects of a boiler explosion and the pain and suffering that it made I was forever changed. It's something I cannot let go of. I believe that accidents related to fuels and combustion systems can be avoided if there's just some knowledge and experiences passed on.
